Dean’s Message
College of Dental Sciences & Research center was established in the year 2006 and is situated in the outskirts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Our institute has been recognized by the Dental Council of India and is affiliated with Gujarat University. Our institute provides undergraduate (BDS) as well as post-graduate (MDS) courses in 8 branches to the students who are nationally recognized. We have an intake of 100 students per year for undergraduate studies and 24 students per year for postgraduate courses in 8 dental specialties.
Our institute has secured modernized facilities and infrastructure required for research, education, and clinical practice. We have all the latest state-of-the-art equipment in our institute. The institute is well equipped with the latest upgrades like audio-visual halls, LCD projectors, RVG, OPG, CBCT, Implant kit, Sinus lift kit, Rotary Endodontics, etc. A rich library with a vast collection of books and scientific journals along with an internet facility is available for the students. We are proud to have faculty members who have excelled in their respective fields and have a number of research projects as well as national and international publications to their credit. Our institute also conducts C.D.E (Continued Dental Education)programs with eminent national and international faculties. Our motto is to provide high-quality dental education to our students keeping in mind the true values of life and providing quality treatment with utmost care to all sections of society.
Our institution conducts numerous social initiatives and rural outreach programs & dental camps on a regular basis through which quality treatment is provided to the rural population. Most of these dental treatments are provided free of cost.
We are continuing to work together in making our institute the one that fosters the highest level of clinical education and research, with cutting-edge facilities for students and faculty, and the one where patients are served in an environment that is welcoming and efficient.
