Prosthodontics and Crown & Bridge

Prosthodontics, crown & bridge and Implant dentistry is one of the dental speciality which deals with replacement of teeth by removable, fixed and implant supported prosthesis along with missing oral structures.

This subject is taught on models in 1st and 2nd year. From 3rd year students start treating patients. Materials which are used in all branches of dentistry are also taught in this department.

Department of prosthodontics is fully equipped with all modern instruments and materials. All kind of different prosthodontics treatment modalities are being carried out with great care and precision by experienced prosthodontist. Students are encouraged to perform research activities in different aspects of prosthodontics in this department.
